Develop test plans to detail the goals and procedures for specific projects which includes deliverables, roles, responsibilities, assumptions and caveats
Monitor and control tests being performed; producing test reports of progress against time and quality, defects severity, distribution and priority rating, impact assessments, trends over the projects etc.
Suggest test process improvements based on incident trends
Determine the appropriate test design technique, test type and test coverage selection for projects according to the context
Define testing criteria that describe pass/fail criteria. This includes standards for stakeholder acceptance encompassing defect severity levels, as well as business requirements and the tests needed to certify those requirements
Plan and manage the implementation of Test Management Tools
Collaborate with other technical domains to drive business and technology innovation
Keep abreast of the latest trends in enabling technologies and understand the implication to software testing methods

Must have over 3 years of experience for software Test Lead
Must have experience in software design & development, software engineering, SW-CMM/CMMI and Testing
A broad range of testing experience and skills it preferred, including UAT experiences
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
Focus on the end user’s or customer’s needs; ability to set expectations and understand end user behavior
Solid experience in business analysis, software development and project management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in Chiang Mai
Good command of written and spoken English
